How do the five levels work?: Every word starts at level 1. Answer correctly three times at the current level and the word moves up. A wrong answer takes the counter down by one, but words never drop a level. The levels are translation, synonyms, pair words, spelling, and etymology. Reach level 5 and the word is mastered.
A word never leaves level 1. Why?: A word can only climb to a level it has content for. If a word has no synonyms written yet, it stays on translation questions until that content ships. Nothing is broken, and the word will start climbing once its content is added.
My spelling answer was marked correct but looked different.: Spelling is forgiving. Case, extra spaces, and missing accents are accepted, and the answer sheet then shows the correctly accented form so you learn it.
Which languages can I learn?: Arabic, Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish and Ukrainian. Your own language is detected from your device on first launch.
Can I change the language I am learning?: Yes. Tap the flag in the top bar on the home screen. Progress is tracked separately for each target language, so switching never loses anything.

What is the daily video limit?: Free accounts get 50 word videos per day, reset daily. Answering five questions correctly in a row credits three videos back. Pro removes the limit entirely.
A video will not load.: Videos stream from the internet, so a weak connection is the usual cause. Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data normally fixes it. If a specific word fails every time, send us its name.

How do I cancel Pro?: Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel there. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the period ends stops the next renewal.
I paid but Pro is not active.: Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases. If it still does not activate, make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase, then email lang@beny.io.

How do I reset my progress?: Progress lives only on your device. Deleting the app removes all of it permanently, including mastered words. There is no cloud backup, so this cannot be undone.
How do I request deletion of my data?: There is no account, so we hold nothing on our side to delete. Removing the app erases everything stored on your device. For anything tied to a purchase, email lang@beny.io. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
